1. Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in its original condition.

  • The original packaging must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

  • Used, washed, stitched, or damaged products are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately through WhatsApp or email.

We will review your complaint and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

3. Color Quality Guarantee

At Decent Fabric, we stand behind the quality of our fabrics.

If your suit experiences abnormal color fading or color damage due to a manufacturing defect, contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and photographs. Once the issue is verified, we will provide a full refund.

4. Open Parcel Before Payment

We offer customers the convenience of inspecting their parcel before making payment, where supported by our delivery service.

Please check your order at the time of delivery to ensure you have received the correct product.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through an agreed payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Decent Fabric will cover the return shipping charges.

  • For returns due to personal preference, return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
